Contact Ping Pong Arcade

Bug reports, accessibility problems, corrections and general questions all go to the same person, and all of them get read.

How this form works: Ping Pong Arcade is a static website with no server behind it, so this form cannot submit anything anywhere. Filling it in and pressing send opens the message in your own email application, from which you choose whether to send it. Nothing you type here reaches us until you do.

If you would rather skip the form, write directly to hello@pingpongarcade.xyz.

Needed only so a reply can reach you. It is not stored anywhere on this site.

What to include

Reporting a bug

The most useful report names the game, the browser and version, the device, and what you were doing when it went wrong. A description of what you expected to happen is worth more than a screenshot of what did.

Accessibility problems

These go straight to the top of the list. If a control cannot be reached with a keyboard, a contrast is too low, a screen reader announces something unhelpfully, or a game needs an input you cannot make, please say so.

Corrections

Name the page and what is wrong with it. Corrections that change the meaning of a page are noted on the page itself, as described in the editorial policy.

What we cannot help with

We cannot recover lost scores — they live in your browser and we never had a copy. We do not accept guest posts, paid links or sponsored content of any kind.

Frequently asked questions

Does this form send email directly?

No. It assembles the message and opens it in your own email application. Nothing is transmitted to us unless you press send there, because a static site has no server to receive a submission.

How quickly will I get a reply?

Everything gets read. Bug reports and accessibility problems are prioritised; general questions may take longer.

Can I request a specific game?

Yes, and suggestions genuinely do influence what gets built. Describe the mechanic rather than an existing game you would like copied.

Do you accept guest posts or paid links?

No. There is no sponsored content, no paid linking and no guest posting on this site, as set out in the editorial policy.

Can you restore my lost high scores?

No. Scores are stored in your browser's local storage and we have no copy of them. Clearing site data removes them permanently.
