Biography
Alex Morgan writes and edits everything on Ping Pong Arcade and works on the arcade table-tennis engine that all thirty games share. That combination is deliberate: the guides on this site describe systems their author built, which is why they can quote exact timing windows and difficulty values rather than approximating them.
The work here spans eight years of covering and building browser games — the short, no-download, no-account kind that load in a second and are finished in five minutes. Ping Pong Arcade is the current project: an attempt to build a proper collection of arcade table tennis games for the web, because almost nobody had.

How I work
Every claim on this site about how a game behaves is checked against that game's code before it is published. When a guide says a perfect window is seventy milliseconds or a difficulty ramp takes a hundred and five seconds, those numbers were read out of the configuration, not estimated.
Where something cannot be verified, it does not get published. That is why there are no player counts, no ratings and no global leaderboards anywhere here: none of them could be collected on a static site, so all of them would have to be invented.
AI tools are used in drafting and editing content on this site, which the editorial policy states openly. What does not change is that every page is reviewed against the running games before it goes live and one named person is accountable for the result.
What I will not claim
No degrees, employers, awards, certifications, memberships or media appearances are listed on this page, because listing unverifiable credentials would undermine the point of having an author page at all. What is verifiable is the work: thirty original games and a library of guides, all on this site, all checkable.
The portrait on this page
The image used for this profile is an original illustration created for Ping Pong Arcade. It is not a photograph and does not depict a real person, which is stated here so that nobody is misled about it.
