1. What this site provides

Ping Pong Arcade provides free, browser-based arcade games and written guides about them. Access requires no registration, no payment and no download. We provide the site on an as-is basis and make no guarantee that it will be available without interruption or free of errors.

We may add, change or remove games, guides and features at any time. Because your saved scores live in your browser rather than on a server, removing a game does not delete your data, but it may leave records for a game that is no longer here.

2. Acceptable use

You may play the games, read the guides, and link to any page on this site. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link.

  • Do not copy, republish or redistribute the games, code, artwork or written content without written permission
  • Do not present this site's content as your own, or remove attribution from it
  • Do not attempt to interfere with the site, its hosting, or other visitors' use of it
  • Do not use automated tools to scrape the site at a rate that burdens the host
  • Do not frame or embed the games on another site in a way that implies they are yours

3. Intellectual property

All games, source code, artwork, sound, characters, arenas, written content and branding on this site are original works owned by Ping Pong Arcade and protected by copyright. Nothing on this site is licensed from a third party.

The opponents, tournaments and arenas in these games are fictional creations. They do not represent any real person, club, federation, competition or product, and no third-party trade mark is used anywhere on this site.

Ping Pong Arcade is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any table tennis organisation, league, manufacturer or professional player. References to table tennis describe a sport, not an organisation.

4. Local data

Scores, favourites and play history are stored in your browser using localStorage. We have no copy of them and no way to recover them.

Clearing your browser data, using private browsing, switching browsers or switching devices will result in that data being unavailable. We are not able to restore it and are not responsible for its loss.

5. No warranties

The site and everything on it is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or its host is free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ping Pong Arcade is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this site, including loss of data, loss of profits or business interruption.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

7. External links

Some guides link to external sites, such as browser documentation or accessibility standards. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

8. Advertising

Advertising is not currently running on this site. If it is enabled in future, advertisements will be clearly distinguishable from content, will not be placed over gameplay or controls, and will not be presented in a way that could be mistaken for part of the site's interface.

Any transaction or relationship you enter into with an advertiser is between you and that advertiser. We are not a party to it.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the one in force, and the review date at the top of the page shows when it was last checked. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
